Allowing it to unfold. Allowing people freedom to choose. Having faith. Trusting. These are arts.

It takes a healthy, strong, pliable one to allow things to take their course. You cannot and will not change anyone. You must take care of your own spirit. Be true to yourself and find your own voice. For when you do, there is freedom like no other. An out of body feeling. And you are one with the object.

The object is truth. Everyday there is a choice to be made: a choice to grow, a choice to stay the same, a choice to talk and interrupt, a choice to listen. To really keep quiet and listen to the world around. And a choice to learn. With this choice comes the ultimate peace.

The present can be achieved by actively choosing to be there. Choose to concentrate on the task at hand. Be willing and open to accept another hand's help, and rise to the occasion of the art. Open yourself to the freedom of choice and you are open to the present.
